PREDESIGN
Pre-design Consultation: Advise Project Architect of required Civil Issues, such as but not limited to availability of Potable Water, Sanitary Sewer disposal, Storm Drainage Design Issues, typical time frames for the different agencies, fees that will be required and Permitting agencies specific to project. These issues are typically site specific and vary depending on the location of the project.
Meet with pertinent agencies to verify project requirements.
DESIGN
Design paving, drainage, water and sewer projects and submit to pertinent agencies for the required approvals, i.e. Various Public Works Departments (City and County, Department of Environmental Resources (DERM), Miami Dade Water and Sewer Department (MDWASD), Miami Dade County Building Department, Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) and South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD).
Obtain Notice of Intent (NOI), develop Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program, (SWPPP).
CONSTRUCTION
Assist contractor through the construction phases and supervision.
